Pros

No pros. There are only cons

Cons

* Toxicity - I know that there is some level of politics in every company. But this company’s soul is fed by embracing toxic people with open arms. If you like to play games, ruin careers, butter up senior managers, and move forward by pushing everyone backwards, this is a perfect opportunity for you *Training- The training here is a joke. There is no fixed module or sessions. People with years of experience are extremely boastful and act like they are the god. They will demean you if you are new for not knowing the things no-one taught you. Obviously years of experience would not compare to a fresher, but they act like everyone should already be aware about everything They conduct these viva for the purpose of mocking you. Obviously someone with years of experience will know better about the process but they act like they are the ruler of this place. I have seen managers being boastful about the fact that they made a new employee cry while conducting their viva. *Senior managers- The management takes the worst decisions. They give out promotions and all the appraisal benefits to the people who butter them up and not on the basis of work. Buttering up managers is the behavior which is appreciated here even though no-one acknowledges it. People bring in gifts and give parties to senior managers. They maintain a personal relationship with upper management to get promotions and they get very conveniently promoted Job security - Not even a single day goes by when you will feel like your job is secure if you are not a part of a group of the bootlickers. When you make even a single error, they will make you feel like the worst, most worthless person in the world. They will discourage you and tell you that you can be terminated any time. Some of the Senior Manager joke about initiating PCIP for employees just because they do not like them personally and they actually do it. The real reason for such high attrition are these people. The most non-deserving people get promoted just because the senior managers are in their favor. Sexism- You will face an extremity of sexist jokes by very senior management who are supposed to be the examples. They joke about female employees in an inappropriate amount which I cannot even mention here. They can stoop below your expectations. This is not even half of what I have faced. Every day I worked here, I was made to feel like I was the most worthless person to have come to this company and most of the people dread going to work here. Noone likes working here and everyone is looking for jobs outside. I am thankful that I left this hellhole in the right time.
