Your work will be done depending on your designation h. Senior Management is Severely Biased and is prejudiced i. Senior Management is very vulnerable When u called for an interview, the interviewer says not interested, When you will contact the point of contact, he / she switches off phone. No reaponse from any of Senior persons. This is waste . They call you for the time pass. No importance of candidature.
