Cons

Worst company to work with. Makes an employee sign a Bond which they call it as Training Agreement. If one leaves Eclerx within 1 yr from DoJ then he/she will have to pay the amount as per the training agreement. Eclerx provides normal training which any organisation will provide when you will join and if one leave the organisation within a yr, he's asked to pay the agreement amount failing to which company doesnt provide relieving letter. BEST PART - Eclerx does not provides signed copy of the agreement to the employee. Isnt it fishy ?? I dont think its legal. Its just an illegal measure taken to reduce their attrition rate.

There is a strong alignment among long-tenured team members, which helps drive consistency and execution; however, there is also an opportunity to further encourage and incorporate fresh perspectives from newer employees to enhance innovation.
