Not a whole lot of pros. Colleagues were nice as misery loves company. Lady boss is a tyrant.

Worked here many years ago and am surprised to see nothing has changed since leaving. High turnover, no opportunity for growth. Echoing the comments about the micro managing lady boss, she would zero in on the littlest things and nit pick to try prove that you are wrong and she is always right. She literally dictated every single collateral or communication, and the staff there are just her lap dogs, mindlessly doing her bidding. It's her way or the highway. Ideas and opinions are NOT welcome because anything anyone suggests is always inferior to her superior worldly knowledge. Pulling out shady stops to "game the system" and bleed us of our already meager commission. Join if you enjoy being a mindless drone!

Worst management, there is only 1 boss in the company. The boss shows clear disrespect towards employees. She don’t value or appreciate the hard work we put in. This makes the workplace uncomfortable and demotivating. Salary underpaid. 3 years salary increased in total $100. 3 years no bonus, no 13 months, only few hundreds for red packet. 3 years only received total of $500 red packet in CNY. Benefits = 0, as mentioned abv. AL 7 days.
