      Cool product. Passionate people. Office in great downtown location. Overall eCast is a great place to come to work everyday.

      Lack of stable company direction and focus. Management gets caught up in the next "it" thing.

      Casual work environment, smart software engineers, some good managers in mid-level range, easy access to public transportation, low stress levels, free coffee sodas and snacks

      Cons

      Little room for advancement, little room for personal or professional growth, stagnate work environment, little development on the horizon, not much future optimism
