Pros
Nothing substantial. spacious car park, a vending machine. Other than that, and I say this genuinely, I am struggling to think of a pro.
Cons
Owners have absolutely no knowledge of how colleagues treat each other despite it being escalated. Either they have no knowledge or don't care. Both are concerning. Products and services being offered cause nothing but issues, constant unhappy customers. Higher management have no interest in staff opinions or concerns. Bullying among staff is seen regularly, despite it also being highlighted by several staff members, goes ignored/pushed back. Blame culture is the general atmosphere instead of fixing problems. Extremely high staff turnover which speaks for itself. Very disappointing company to work for, unprofessional environment from the very top down. Your mental health will 100% deteriorate here.
