Pros
None at present and will continue that way with current ownership, only chance/hope this company has of becoming a good environment to work is if current owners sell the company as they are the root cause of many of the problems.
Cons
Has no benefits i.e. minimum holidays, no sick pay and no real pay increases, no bonus scheme. Company is run on a shoestring with no investment and no training given to staff and then staff are blamed for mistakes they make on something they were given no training on. I have seen instances of bulling of staff by the owners and management. There were very unhygienic and dirty office conditions when I was there. Company has a very high turnover of staff as the company treats its staff so badly. Everyone is always under pressure because of the high staff turnover yet company does nothing to keep good staff.
