I have been working with eCIFM Solutions for almost more than 7 years now and look forward to many more years to be associated with this company. I appreciate and thankful for the opportunities this company has provided me which has not only helped but, is helping me to grow technically, professionally as well as personally. I like everything about my job, challenging projects & work, appreciation for work, which always encourages us to go the extra mile, flexibility in office timings, my colleagues are very helpful and so is my Manager. Company policies are employee-centric and management is approachable for any concern and issues.
Cons
Few were in past but management took strong steps to eradicate all hurdles that came in the wellbeing of employees and the success of the company.
