Pros

- colleagues are friendly - not much else

Cons

there is no processes in place and no plans for improvement - in fact, process improvement suggestions are met with pushback. Turnover is extremely high and it seems like management does not believe in growth.

Pros

- Lots of Autonomy and opportunity to build from scratch - Learning on the fly, helps with developing an agile mindset - Great Team - every person is an excellent team player, always willing to help - Fast pace allows you to tackle a variety of area's and add to the breadth of experience - Exciting industry - clean technology, sustainability, EV, renewable energies - the possibilities of growth is limitless - Unique product and solution - truly only one of it's kind - solution is turn-key, everything is done in-house, 24/7 customer service, Level 3 fast chargers, battery storage solution where hardware meets software - Transitioning out of start-up phase

Cons

- Evolving changes to product and business development impacts business strategy - though positively from a growth and financial perspective, the short end of the stick means workforce is constantly evolving either by gaining new skillsets or redefining team structures, which can add to the already fast-paced environment (though depending on what school of thought you come from - this is the best place for an entrepreneur who is looking to practice agility and work in a new and evolving industry)
