Pros

Was good at the beginning but slowly turned into corporate America style. No one is available to listen and they definitely do not listen to anything that is being said. They only want your ideas to make their own!

Cons

EVERYTHING you can imagine. They tear you down rip you apart about every little thing you could possibly do wrong. They get rid of some of the best people and never let us know. When we find out their reasons it’s sad to know how judgmental they really are as a company! I’ve never hated a company more!

Pros

Ability to work from home.

Cons

You are essentially cheap labor for the office. Unfortunately, proven standard operating procedures are often cast aside in the name of keeping the client happy. The result is a heavier workload, the same deadlines, and no increase in pay. Commissions are typically split 50/50 between at least two people. More often than not, one person doesn't pull their weight, leaving the other to pick up the slack if they care about doing quality work. Vacation time is another challenge. Unless you're willing to pay someone to cover your responsibilities out of your own pocket—and hope they actually complete the required tasks—taking time off can become more stressful than it's worth.
