      Ability to Grow and Learn

      Cons

      Manipulative management- want you to work nights and weekends with no reimbursement, lie about events/changes, favoritism Leadership will fire people and change policies/processes/cover-up medical mistakes on a regular basis Staff treated unfairly- verbally abused, only focus on mistakes that they make Very high turnover. I witnessed 10 + employees quit within a 1 yr span Overpriced services- charging double to triple what other clinics charge and do not accept insurance

      Great leadership opportunities, great working environment. Amazing teamwork which allows all staff to be able to assist each other whenever or if ever needed!

      Cons

      The con is actually a pro! The staff is available 24/7 if needed, the team is great at staying late and coming in early to make sure the patient care is always done correctly!
