Very flexible and accommodating - awesome place to work.

No face to face relationships.

Wish I could say something here, but when you are hired and don't even start your job that you were hired for....months later......it's pitiful.

Unprofessional and Unorganized. You're lucky to get a response from HR or management a week later...and that's after you've been hired- supposedly. Sure you will receive your on-boarding paperwork lightening fast, but don't get your hopes up....you'll wait weeks, even months without word on your assignment/project, forcing you to reach out constantly- meanwhile, the employee is left in question as to whether or not they really even have work (pay check) to look forward to. Don't waste your time if you have a family to help support. My experience has been extremely unfortunate and I wouldn't wish the frustration on anyone. The mannerisms displayed to me is completely appalling- this is no way to run a company, let alone- an efficient and effective organization.
