Pros
Great environment where my manager has regular catch ups, really positive colleagues always supporting each other, strong pay and annual pay rises, incentives for high performers, great range of company cars, I love my Volvo EC40, flexible benefits including private healthcare that allows me to cover the whole family, best reporting tech and report mapping (and i've tried some of the others), I always have a full diary and more work available if I'm chasing incentives, my patch is straight forward with realistic travel expectations.
Cons
Bad time management will lead to long days, but work/life balance can be managed, holiday restrictions, pension could be better and doesn't compare with my previous employer.
