Very long hours 60/70 hours a week, when I went up to 47k my bonus stopped even though I was doing the 6/9 jobs per day. No work life balance and constant emails pushing.
Cons
Low wage, no gratitude and no support. When I had to take time off my daughters operation they requested I carry on working because I had jobs booked in!!!
