Remote work and somewhat flexible schedule during the day. Great team and management: I have had no issues getting time off when needed as long as I communicate and give as much notice as possible. Ability to work up from temp to full time. Potential for overtime at times but it’s not mandatory. You get sick time even as a temp which is amazing!

Some inconsistent QA reviews at times because you have different people grading your work. At times IT can be hard to get a hold of when there are issues but I’ve had that issue with almost every remote job I’ve done.

You don't have to be on calls.

No real structure for training and they don't let you know how long your temp assignment is. In the interview the Manager told me it could last up to a year and then I was let go randomly at the beginning of the month when rent was due, even though at my 30 day mark the Manager told me if I worked on my speed I could get "promoted". Pay starts at $11/hr and the "promotion" is only a $2 bump. Every Team Lead grades QA differently and there is no consistency or clear direction but they have high expectations. Absolute trash and greedy company.
