Good place to work in Harrisburg. - Software Developer e&e IT Consulting Employee Review

Hiring process was very smooth. I had a lot of expense reports during my time here and the administrative team was always helpful. Had some lunch check-ins with my account manager but I had an easy going client so not too much to report on. Overall I had a very positive experience in my 5 years working there. I wound up leaving because the project i was working on completed.

Decent placement if you have the right skillset

Sheer incompetence. They have failed to deliver payroll on time on numerous occasions. There is always some sort of problem - for example, they were taking medical deductions out of my pay, but never processed my health insurance. They literally stole money from me. They quickly resolved after being promptly threatened with a lawsuit. Payroll didn't show up on time so I had to tell the client that I would not be coming back to work until I got paid. Not to mention, the benefits are straight trash. Oh yeah, they also don't do employee reviews, and don't give raises.
