Pros
Company's environment is good and comfortable. No strict deadlines. Pay is good for juniors if one could negotiate it.
Cons
Not a lot of growth as they don't have many good projects anymore. A bit of micromanagement and a lack of management where needed as well. Lacks a proper corporate structure and confusing decision making. No benefits or perks like health insurance or provident fund whatsoever so doesn't suit to stick there longer.
