Staff are capitalised in and promoted from within with constant conversations about the next step and goals in your career are happening. Hard work is rewarded through outstanding incentives such as our annual lunches, and summer and Christmas parties. As an employee this gives me the inspiration to continue to work hard and be the best at what I do! We have a fantastic standing within the public sector, and pride ourselves on being experts within our market. We are given independence over our desks and able to build our individual business with support from senior management within the business.
Cons
Recognition needs to give based on individual circumstances rather than just focused on the top billers. There are teams and individuals who are working extremely hard building things from the bottom upwards so the small wins need to be recognized as well, dependent on the different circumstances of teams and individuals.
