Sadly there are no pros.

This is scam, avoid this company. They promise good wages and ask you to provide your personal data and bank data but they never pay you. They boast to have AI LLM projects and seek to attract people for working on it. I've been working on it too until one month and a half ago but I still haven't been paid. I know other colleagues which are in the same situation. The communication with the HR team and with the supervisors has been difficult from the beggining, since they take long delays to answer and their answers are very confusing, lacking details. However, after asking about the payment they stopped completely replying. I also got removed out of the Whatsapp internal discussion group because I asked that.
