As a contracted worker operating through the agency, I have submitted multiple invoices accurately reflecting the hours worked, accompanied by detailed breakdowns of tasks completed within each corresponding period. Although confirmation was received that payment would align with the documented hours, the amounts disbursed have not consistently corresponded with either the submitted invoices or the hours verified by the client. For example, an invoice submitted for seven hours of work resulted in payment for only two hours, despite prior confirmation from the client regarding the full duration.
