Beware of this E-commerce start-up. CEO attempts to run the organization with military precision, and bullying tactics for some. The problem is, this web based commerce platform is littered with faults. It’s engineers are third-world and any problems you experience while trying to contribute to the good, are turned around and somehow you get blamed. Micromanagement at it’s upmost worst, with some employees required to report on their productivity in quarter hour increments. Little to no recognition for accomplishments. Daily morning meetings to report on the previous day’s contributions turn into daily “morning admonishments”, and are never used to celebrate team work productivity or accomplishments.
Good luck with your application (if you’re still interested). Those from outside who apply for positions always seem to be passed up with the jobs being filled by acquaintances of the CEO.
