This company is a circus, Management is dishonest, spiteful and downright unprofessional. Healthy relations between colleagues is hugely discouraged, Sales Business development manger is deceitful and gossips about everyone just to gain Control- you are lucky if you ever see any commission, if they don’t lie about clients not paying then it’s something else. They lie about offering flexibility NOONE works on a hybrid or a remote model except for one person who has been there since sliced, bread, I suppose that’s the prerequisite for flexibility; YOU MUST HAVE WORKED THERE FOR 50years.
