Pros

Cohesive team. Can ask anyone in business or IT team for help. It's always a we attitude which is a great help Great domain knowledge in IT, PMO, Exec hiring across leadership team Very considerate of staff safety and well-being with an EAP and all peope happy to help you No expense spared in tools and technology to help you in the job Stand up meetings had teething problems but is now brief and efficient Strong commission structure compared to average among competitors in Dublin for IT recruitment Emphasis on quality and how recruiters manage candidates. Its been evidenced as a great initiative as candidates become clients Great location in Dublin very close Stephens green just off Camden St Great social events for employees during Christmas and sent hamper and thoughtful gifts during lockdown. Staff often sent emails by management to give praise on a sale/hire Great training paid for by company from former recruiter with extensive experience Full on-boarding program and training tailored to graduates Free phone and bills covered Diverse culture of recruiters who are based in different countries Supports charity initiative to help those with disabilities find jobs Kindest people to work with and always open to ideas

Cons

I seen some people moan about things here on Glassdoor. I would disagree on negative comments about how we treat clients and our culture. Management has taken on board feedback from employees and delivered actions to improve in past 3 years.

Pros

Good benefits, and good co-workers. The work place isn't bad if you don't mind to used as a start it.

Cons

The company is not so ethical, and the training was to basic for all the extra things they make you do later on.
