GISI E-creations India Pvt. Ltd. is a nice place to work. It has great resources, fascinating infrastructure along with a vision to first expand to pan India and gradually worldwide. However, it has managed to make a strong presence within 7 years of its inception in India; having offices at New Delhi, Cochin, Lucknow and an International centre at Muscat as well, so going great. Management is supportive and encourages new & innovative ideas. As the company is still in its first decade so it’s looking for the employees who can work hard and become leaders. Management is doing every bit to ensure the employee satisfaction. Seniors are supportive as well as empathetic. Company requires those who are adapted to work within team. Although, someone having very strong individualistic may find it difficult to survive as one has to understand that a new firm touches the new horizons only with the teamwork. Work pressure is moderate and one is rewarded accordingly.

You won’t be able to leave the company, if you are hard working. Management will not give you any reasons to part your ways with the firm.
