Pros

- Unique work experience- able to attend and participate at cool events such as, Geneva Motor Show, SAP Open. - fantastic team with deep expertise in server, dotnet and ios. - great products - open work culture - management sets deadlines, priorities and high level technical direction, and lets the engineer decide the details on implementation. This gives a lot of freedom to the engineer. - achieved and a developed a lot more than what we thought we were capable of ! - ultimate job satisfaction... The products built are used by end users and we continuosly innovate to make the system better,

Cons

- lot of hard work... But it pays off at the end with satisfied customers.

Pros

The dry details are: usingn tatest technology - web, cloud, mobile and DB. Heavy integration with Social Media and current markets. Repeat, satisfied customers. The company is small and provides a tightly-knit community. New products are regularly discussed in a team atmosphere, with each engineer adding their expertise and assuming roles in the final product. There is a lot of cross pollination of ideas and engineering abilities.

Cons

This is a special start-up in the fact that there are eager customers and there is proven success. The balance of production and support creates occasional time demands from the existing team, and there is room for hiring more engineers.

Pros

I've worked on some cool projects and got to go to interesting event.

Cons

The company is the most dysfunctional I've ever worked for. There is a lot of time wasted on meetings where people argue it out among each other until someone would get tired of arguing, instead of the manager or someone with credibility on the topic would say how things need to be done. The software is a big hack, and so is the process of writing it. Everyone works late nights, weekends and holidays. We get encouraged to work a lot with management's manipulative tactics. The manager even tried to manipulate one employee to work on a religious holiday.
