Terrible treatment and high turnover overshadow small perks - Store Manager dusk Employee Review

Where do I begin, this company seams to genuinely hate making money, pretty much everyone is quitting because of how badly we are treated by state and field teams, the continue to cut hours to the point that it's impossible to get stuff done. Most stores look like they are closing down with the amount of backed up delivery stock there is cause again no hours. They actively break the law making managers and casual do 7 am sale set ups or after hours set ups with like 12 hours notice max, they promote staff out of necessity because everyone is quitting and they don't train staff. State teams actively ignore stores but seam to always make time to chew you put for something beyond your control. If you value your sanity and will to live you will stay clear of dusk.
