      Great work life balance. Amazing employee perks. Employee empowerment through cross functional skill and knowledge trainings.

      Cons

      Operations under tight budget constraints making promotions and salary hikes very hard. No periodic role evaluation after restructuring to evaluate the new role and match the pay.
