Leadership is entirely dysfunctional and poorly organized. The leader of the Americas has no vision. The industry leaders have no vision. The company continues to lay people off while hiring more people at the same time. Most of the people who work here still think they work for DuPont (get a grip y'all, dss hasn't been a part of DuPont in more than 5 years)
