Unlimited earning potential, resources to grow professionally, and the leadership actually cares. I started at driversselect 3 years ago and left for about 6 months to work at a company that is the best in there industry with a global presence, and unlimited resources. I realized very quickly that driversselect was something special and I had to get back. After reaching out to the GM he gave me the opportunity to rejoin the tribe. I have been back for 6 months now and I do not regret my decision. The people here are the best at what they do and are continuously improving. Every month we shatter sales records and this is done by focusing on improving each day. I have very well trained leaders around me that help me improve every little task that I work on each day. This in return has helped me improve each day I work and my pay check continues to be a reflection of my improvements. Everyone is positive and loves to come to work. The environment is wonderful to be part of and I am actually happy when I come in to work.
