driversselect Response
9yThank you for taking the time to express your concern and frustration. You are heard.
We realize that most companies recognize, reward and promote based mainly (or solely) on performance measures. However, here at driversselect, performance is just one of the considerations for promotions and recognition. If someone is achieving results without living, supporting and upholding our core values and purpose, a promotion will not be recommended. We realize this can be discouraging at first, but hope that the end result of a culture that fosters care for our customers, fellow tribe members, vendors, suppliers and community will help align us all on this practice.
In reference to the statement that "anyone can sell cars," we believe that it doesn't take much to sell a car when you lack transparency, care and concern for creating value for the customer. The challenge is in selling cars with high standards, ethics and commitment to caring about the needs of others over mere personal gain.
I hope this provides some needed clarity. Also, please know that you can talk to your manager directly about any frustrations you may have at any time.
Thank you -
Brandi B.
