9yFirst, I want to thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your frustrations. While we recognize that having bonus structure changes can be frustrating, unlike most car dealerships, we provide a competitive base salary and health care benefits that provide stability not often experienced in the dealership world. We provide paid training to all Customer Experience Officers, and usually they've had no experience in auto sales before. In the past year, we have gone from selling about 250 vehicles per month to close to 800 per month. When a business model changes and grows that fast, we have to make changes that align with the new circumstances. However, we do hear you and are making every effort to minimize impact of change as we move forward. This is definitely a company where right now you have to hold on and embrace change because a lot is happening at a fast pace. But that should signal a positive outlook for the future, hopefully, and boundless opportunity to grow into different positions within the company (like so many have within the last year).
And please feel free to reach out to Geremy (your VP Sales) or any one of your sales leaders, who have all worked their way up through the CEO position. I think they could be a great source of perspective. Thank you again for your time and feedback. - Brandi B.
