      Autonomous work environment, since it’s remote work.

      Everything else. Managers don’t talk to eachother and it shows with the difference in information shared. Pay is not enough.

      Great work environment with a collaborative team. Management is supportive, and there are excellent opportunities to work on interesting projects. A very structured and professional place to grow your skills.

      Cons

      Corporate structure can occasionally make project timelines move a bit slowly due to multiple levels of approval.
