Pros
docSTAR's owners really care about their company and the people that work here. There is open communication and the owners really want to make the company a great place to work. We have the regular benefits along with benefits a lot of companies don't have - quarterly massages, time off during work hours to do volunteer work, short and long term disability insurance paid for by the company, etc. We also have a lot of fun events such as catered lunches and a Turkey Trot the day before Thanksgiving. We work hard here but hard work is rewarded. This company has been growing and is very financially stable. There is also a lot of flexibility in the organizatio - work/life balance is important.
Cons
The high level of growth sometimes results in periods where you are working very hard but the company has been hiring in order to mitigate the extra work.
