Great sales managers. Great training. Great environment.

There are really no cons.

I learned somethings while I was there. Good hours for the most part.

I was let go due to poor performance but I was never given a warning about my performance. I thought I was doing well for the most part until I was told I was being let go and from what it seems they hired someone to replace me who had more experience. Which is fine but some warning or a discussion before being let go would have been professional.
