Pros

Fast moving company with great talented individuals. Tech savvy and well organized for its size. Really care about the culture and the people and are constantly gathering feedback from both clients and employees to make continuous improvements and provide a better experience. Super collaborative team environment.

Cons

Lots of changes have been made in the last year. Although they’re all for the better, it can be tough to make changes that fast.

DigitalJ2 is an exceptional company to work with. From the moment I joined the team, I was impressed by the positive atmosphere and the dedication of everyone involved. The leadership team is supportive and fosters growth, while the company culture promotes collaboration and innovation. I've had the opportunity to work on challenging projects and have always felt supported by my colleagues. Being a smaller company your voice is heard and it’s really inspiring to see your suggestions go into effect. If you're looking for a company that values its employees and encourages professional development, DigitalJ2 is the place to be!

Pros

This will probably be one of my favorite jobs. I felt challenged yet supported in my role and with the 1 on 1's that happen biweekly there is never a time that I wasn't learning or being held accountable. I loved the flexibility of working remote but I also loved how much of a family I felt apart of. This job taught me so much and I will always be grateful.

Cons

A couple of people let go unexpectedly. Although they did show compassion it was still completely unexpected, typically a job will let you know to start looking but this was out of the blue. I noticed the company was falling short but I didn't realize the sudden impact it would have. Another con (not for them specifically just for agency life in general) there are so many accounts that you are working with it's more so task based than thinking of marketing strategies
