Pros

Amazing people, company-wide can-do attitude, genuine 4-day working week, multiple locations offer variety and fantastic working environment, strong commitment to learning and personal development - essential in an early-adopter company working at the cutting edge of AI!

Cons

Ensuring effective communication in such a fast-paced environment can be a challenge but one we are continually striving to improve upon!

Pros

The culture here is incredibly collaborative, open, and welcoming. I genuinely feel that my ideas and opinions are valued, and I’m encouraged to contribute suggestions freely. Everyone is approachable, supportive, and always willing to help or answer questions. There’s a strong positive team-player attitude that makes working here both enjoyable and motivating.

Cons

It’s a very fast-paced environment, which creates great opportunities for learning and growth, though it can be challenging at times. As the company is growing quickly, processes and structures are still evolving. On the positive side, this gives everyone the chance to contribute ideas, take ownership, and help get things done. However, the lack of clearly defined processes can occasionally create roadblocks or slow progress while teams align on the best way forward.

Pros

The culture here is extraordinary! Everyone is so genuinely approachable, collaborative and supportive. It's a privilege to work with people who are so passionate about what we're building, and are as eager to teach as they are to learn. I enjoy a very comfortable amount of autonomy on how I approach problems, and I feel like I really make a difference here.

Cons

There are days when the work is more reactionary than long-term planned. The positive spin is that there's never a chance to get bored! But it would be nice to focus on just one problem for a while rather than keep switching between three or four.
