Pros
Relatively competitive salary, but only for specific roles. Interesting tasks and goals. Good opportunities to grow and learn. Great annual corporate events. Free lunches every day. Cool, expensive, and well-designed offices. Flexible terms, almost no micro management, a lot of freedom.
Cons
Processes are not perfect, which may result in conflicts and operational inefficiency. Sometimes you need to ask several times for the software, data, and dashboards you need for work. A lot of things should be done proactively by yourself - otherwise you won't get what's needed (so you take responsibility and learn fast). If you come up with an idea, less likely someone will support it, but you have carte blanche to do it on your own. Some people work on weekends and overtime.
