Pros
Reduction in Di and Planet Parfum's stores + free perfume every couple months if you work in the headquarters.
Cons
When I left, the headquarters of the company was a complete mess. No one should work in this atmosphere where people are getting fired left and right, and they ask more and more work (and therefore unpaid overtime) from you for the most ridiculous salary. The management had issues, there was so many interpersonnal issues between people, inter departement issues for no reasons, etc. Basically, the company culture sucks.
