There's this person that has always been ruining company's environment. An arrogant blocker to many talents that could have survived in the company. I don't think anyone would want to stay in a workplace with such a toxicity. There are so many potential employees who had left the company mainly because of her. Employees are not treated well. Company only listens to power, has insecurity problems with better employees. There is a lot of politics. Because of the politics and connections, there are many cases in the history of the company in which the truth has never came out and justice was not served.;
