      Everyone understands what they are doing, high skilled professionals. All the benefits of remote work. Off-sites where the team gets together. NLP and Open Source at the heart of the business.

      Cons

      It is a growing startup, so things change rapidly and some processes are not in place yet, but we'll get there.

      Pros

      - Great people culture - are a remote first organization because of the trust and quality of all employees. Really feels like everyone is pushing as one team despite all the various roles. - Are doing a great job as a startup in keeping pace with the industry and incorporating the latest features in their products (haystack, deepset cloud)

      Cons

      - Can be fast-paced, but that is an implicit understanding of a start-up in the ML/AI space
