Pros

I interned at deepc as a machine learning intern and had a really positive experience. The team is full of smart, motivated, and friendly people who are passionate about what they do. Despite working in a fast-paced and competitive space, the environment never felt stressful — it was collaborative, open, and actually fun. I got to work on real projects with real impact, and I always felt like my work mattered. People were always open to questions and happy to help, and I learned a lot in a short time. There's a strong culture of trust and flexibility, and I appreciated how approachable everyone was, regardless of their role. ML Team was particularly fun to work, it was a small but effective team which made me take more responsibility even though i was an intern. Therefore, i had more opportunity to grow and learn.

Cons

It’s a startup, so things change quickly — but that also keeps things interesting.

Pros

- deepc is truly mission-driven, working at the cutting edge of healthcare AI - it’s rewarding to be part of something that has real-world impact. - As a Sales Manager DACH, I had the opportunity to work with passionate and knowledgeable colleagues across functions — especially the technical and product teams who are always open to collaboration. - Flat hierarchies and a supportive leadership team made it easy to contribute ideas and take ownership of initiatives. - The company culture encourages autonomy, learning, and personal growth. - Flexible working hours and remote work options provided a great work-life balance. - Great onboarding process and helpful internal tools that made ramp-up smooth and efficient.

Cons

- As with many startups, priorities can shift quickly, which may be challenging for those who prefer very structured environments. - The fast-paced environment requires strong self-management skills — not ideal for everyone.
