Steep learning curve with a massive exposure to a ruthless work ethic. Everything I learnt was awesome, unfortunately I didn't appreciate it until I joined a smaller firm.
DeVere back office is slick, as is the sales pitch and the products they have. I would have no hesitation recommending deVere if you want to be the best in the business. Having said that, the journey is incredibly hard.
Cons
Nepotism is prevalent throughout the management positions.
Aside from that, I can't think of any other bad points.
