Pros
I personally find it a great environment to work in and the office is more like a family and helping one another. You get out what you put in. It's a hard graft at the start but its worth it for the rewards that come. It's a career path not a job.
Cons
It is commission based so you need to prepare yourself for that at the beginning of your career, but the more effort you put in the more you'll earn- you have control over what you can earn.
