Pros
Unlimited earning potential and great mentors who have done it themselves both during training in Malta, and upon my arrival at the Milan office where I am a coordinator. When one considers that all commissions are published for all to see every Friday, and that most consultants here (with a minimum of 1 year experience), have already earned over 100k mid- way through the year, this is definately encouraging.
Cons
The company should maybe put more effort in helping towards a more supportive relocation package. I believe that can help towards making people feel more settled.
