International grad scheme - get the chance to get out of the UK and come to Malta. Learn a lot with induction week and constant training. Gives you a taste on what to expect in location. Usually get what location you want if you perform well. Pay for flights and accommodation. Good banter with senior staff. Times for working and time for having a laugh.
