Pros
Ethos and work ethic is next level. Training is excellent if you're willing to work with them not against them. It's a work hard, play hard environment, great fun.
Cons
Takes a bit of getting used to when you are used to working 9-5 at home with drawn out lunch breaks. Once you get used to the hours and the work level that is required of you its enjoyable but challenging. If you want it easy or don't want to give it everything DON'T TRY.
