      There are no pro's to working here.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership, focused entirely on dictatorial and narcissistic micro-management. You're not allowed the power of thought, so you either do as you're told or else seek a job elsewhere.

We have done a lot over the past year to encourage staff feedback and participation in driving our organisation forward, including involving staff volunteers in a number of workstreams helping to shape the future of de Poel, investing in a new e-learning platform and developing a forum with representation from all parts of the business.       Pros

      Great benefits. Great people. Really good work life balance. One of the nicest places I've worked.I can only comment on my direct member of the senior management team, but that person is great to work for. Very fair and transparent.

      Cons

      Clearly judging by some of the reviews, perhaps it's a marmite place. However, my experience is if you crack on and do your job to the best of your ability and are professional in your approach, then this is valued and rewarded.
