Work schedule flexibility with working at home vs in the office. Benefits package including PTO days.

Not many advancement opportunities. Long hours

Good to start in. Exposure to a wide spectrum of problems does help you get experience quicker than you would elsewhere. Start/stop time flexibility, PTO, Pay is ok but slow to build. Middle management tries to do good despite constraints from upper management or business model. Work from home availability (this comes and goes).

Company is constantly changing direction and often in survival mode. Frustrating when you know service will not match expectations because of sales or model. Lack of experienced people place extra burden on those who are. Limited loyalty to employees. On call for customers you don't know. No 401k match. Not a company to retire from.
