It's an interesting and meaningful work, where you have great support from colleagues. There is always opportunity to travel for work, because it has a good exposure to a variety of clients. I believe it has potential to grow because it is progressive, leading, encompassing and the way a workplace should be. The CEO is a good leader with extensive knowledge, intelligent, professional, and very human. Depending on your role, it has the flexibility to work from home.

The fact that is not very knowed yet, it can be difficult to recruit people. Since it is a openSpace, sometimes it can be difficult to discuss certain matters that other colleagues shouldn't know (since I'm part of the HR team, there are certain matters that are confidential).

Great place to work and to develop yourself. It is full with very friendly, helpful and smart people with professional attitude about their projects. Also the office location is in the central part of Lisbon and it is nearby to metro and bus stations.

Maybe every company has cons, because we do not live in a perfect world, but as today i have not noticed any here.
