Pros
Open office environment with friendly and fun co-workers. The hands-on experience has great opportunities for learning, as well as growth. It is easy tell that everyone feels passionate about what the company stands for. It is amazing working with such a collaborative team that is always striving for innovation and inspiration to make our products the best they can be.
Cons
As with many start-ups, having a smaller team means it can sometimes feel hectic and demanding, but management is constantly working on adding new team members to support the company's growing needs.
